What's on at the Camden Art Centre?
Built in 1897 and originally a library, the grade II listed building became an arts centre in the 1960s.
Director Jenni Lomax joined Camden Arts Centre in 1990, and has established an internationally acclaimed programme of exhibitions, residencies, artists' projects and public events. She also led the organisation through a major building refurbishment scheme which was completed in early 2004 by Tony Fretton Architects.
The beautiful and sensitively designed building now combines the original victorian gothic features with a contemporary urban design to enhance space and light.
Help keep Camden Arts Centre adventurous and free.
